Psychotherapy & Supervision

Psychotherapy

Having the time and space to share your thoughts and feeling can give you the lift you need to step forward in life. Psychotherapy supports the coming into awareness of your repeated patterns of behaviou.

My approach to our work together will encompass my many life experiences, which includes the challenges and joys of growing up in a culturally diverse community, a parent of two, a divorcee, entrepreneur and shamanic practitioner. These experiences interweave and influence my unique approach to supporting your healing.

My area of particular interests are, empowering women, relationship concerns  navigating the impact of racism, the challenges of personal and cultural identity. Life transitions, raising confidence and self-esteem and spirituality.

I offer 1:1, couples and group therapy. And have extensive experience working with:
I will work with you, by respecting yet challenging your views in order to support you to connect with your experience and move into growth and healing.

I pride myself on being creative and together we can create a personal therapeutic experience just for you
